A Bridge Beyond Limits: My Path to the Top
Peeter Koppel is a well-known Estonian investment expert and thought leader with a long career in the financial sector, including years as an investment strategist in private banking and currently as Head of Investments at Redgate Capital. He is widely recognized for his sharp, outspoken views and ability to explain complex economic and financial topics in a clear and engaging way.
Beyond his professional achievements, Koppel has lived his entire life with a physical disability, which he openly discusses as a defining part of his journey. Rather than limiting him, this challenge has shaped his mindset, fostering resilience, discipline, and humility—qualities he considers essential for success.
In his talk "A Bridge Beyond Limits: My Path to the Top", he shares how he personally reached the top despite his unique health condition and the challenges it has brought into his life. He speaks openly about the difficulties he has faced along the way and how these experiences have shaped his mindset and determination. Through honest reflections and real-life lessons, Peeter highlights the importance of resilience, responsibility, and focusing on what can be controlled.
Bridges in motion: fast teams, big goals, zero excuses
Jonna Pechter is an experienced banking executive and Chief Marketing Officer at Luminor Group, with a strong background in retail banking, product development, and customer experience. She has led large, international teams and driven significant business growth across the Baltic region, combining strategic thinking with a deep understanding of people and performance. Jonna Pechter is known for building high-performing teams and setting ambitious goals that inspire individuals to succeed.
In her talk, “Bridges in Motion: Fast Teams, Big Goals, Zero Excuses,” she explores how modern teams succeed in fast-changing international environments. She shares lessons from leading through growth and change, highlighting ownership, clarity, and team spirit. Jonna emphasizes empowering people, bold goals, and maintaining momentum without excuses.
A Bridge between global economic changes and their impact
Mait Kraun is a macroeconomic analyst focusing on global monetary shifts, precious metals, and the structural forces shaping the world economy. Geopolitical fragmentation, inflationary pressures, and declining trust in institutions mean that traditional financial and economic frameworks are being tested. In his talk, he explores the “bridge” between the old system and the emerging one, and examines how real assets play a central role in navigating this transformation.
A Bridge That Connects the Experiences of the Generations
Piret Jõhvik is an experienced trainer with 25+ years in education, over 20 years in finance, and 15+ years in leadership. She specializes in anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and sanctions, making complex topics practical and clear. In recent years, she has focused on developing people’s skills and supporting their career growth as both a trainer and career counselor.
In her talk, “A Bridge That Connects the Experiences of the Generations,” Piret explores how learning and collaboration unite different generations. She uses real-life examples and storytelling to turn knowledge into practical skills. Piret emphasizes lifelong learning as essential for growth in a changing world.
The Bridge No One Sees
Raido Kivikangur is a leadership coach and the author of the book “The Art of Setting Goals.” As a former Technical Director at Rail Baltic Estonia and AS Gaasivõrk, he has personally gone through the transitions he speaks about: from construction worker to specialist, from specialist to manager, from manager to top executive, and from employee to entrepreneur—moving from responsibility to greater responsibility. Today, he helps leaders make sense of changes that may look simple from the outside, but tell a very different story from within.
Some changes look logical and desirable from the outside—like moving from specialist to manager or from employee to entrepreneur. In reality, the challenge is not only new tasks, but the fact that people often try to succeed in a new role using old thinking. This talk is about the invisible transition where life has already moved forward, but the person has not yet fully adapted to the new role. Many capable people get stuck here: they try harder using strengths that no longer work the same way, as if operating with an outdated system. This “bridge” can be noticed, understood, and crossed more consciously.
A bridge between passion and entrepreneurship
Kirki Kubri is the founder and owner of the playful lingerie boutique Ulakas Kaunitar. With a background as a trained cosmetologist and 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, she entered entrepreneurship without prior business knowledge. Despite this, she has successfully built a distinctive and impactful brand in Estonia around a topic often considered taboo—sex and pleasure.
In her talk, “Bridge Between Passion and Entrepreneurship,” Kirki shares how she turned passion into a successful business. She shares practical lessons from building a distinctive brand, entering entrepreneurship without a traditional business background and turning an unconventional idea into a successful company.
Bridge between standing out and staying humble
Roland Tokko is a visionary entrepreneur, connector, bestselling author, international speaker, and singer. Founder of Becoming International - a platform helping speakers, entrepreneurs and business leaders build their international presence and enter new markets. He previously founded and scaled one of Estonia's best-known training businesses, reaching tens of thousands of customers.
His talk explores the bridge between standing out and staying humble, showing how true impact comes from integrating both. You’ll discover how to own your value, express your voice, and lead with confidence—without losing your authenticity.
Ideas worth hearing. People worth meeting. Connections worth keeping.
